We'll do our best to ship out orders within two or three days of receiving them, and if we can't do so we'll keep you updated on when your order will ship. (This is the only option for buying plants; for books it'll save you the cost of shipping.) One of us is usually around, but you will need to talk to us in advance to arrange for a time to drop by, so we can make sure we're here for you.
